  • Responsible for service and installation of RIP servers connected to high speed color copiers and digital offset presses on high speed computer networks (LAN & WAN).
  • Trained customers on a daily basis in the Stockholm area in the use of Visutechs equipment (Macintosh and IBM-PC compatible workstations linked on high-speed networks to the RIP servers).
  • Installed equipment and trained 25 customers around Sweden. Trained Visutech personnel in United Kingdom, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany and France.
  • Acted as a technical sales rep. between Visutech and their dealers in the Stockholm region.
  • Educated customers in the applied use of PhotoShop, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, FreeHand, Microsoft Office, Corel Draw, Word Perfect and many other software packages to conform to the use of Visutechs new printing technology.
  • Developed a Print-On-Demand service bureau from idea to finished concept, as well as installation and software education on the Indigo E-Print 1000.
  • Physically assembled RIP servers in Visutechs own assembly workshop.
